Indianapolis born and raised Coach Quinn Tew strives to live this great author’s words. Living a life full of compassion, empathy, and drive to give others the time and guidance to cultivate a more fulfilling life is her purpose. Quinn received her dual degree, a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and a Bachelors of Arts in French at Indiana University, Bloomington. Using her degree through an internship at Equinox Fitness in San Francisco in 2007, she started her foundation of learning and networking in the fitness industry. Serving 11 years in the fitness industry, Quinn has developed into a dynamic lifestyle coach using many lenses to serve her clients. From Fat loss to Sports specific training, Nutrition and Mindset coaching to Manual Therapy. Quinn is always seeking future knowledge in mentorships and coaching education in personal training, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching to improve her skills to better serve her people.
Quinn’s interest in movement started at a young age, but became competitive in playing rugby, it was the love for sports and the physical and mental transformation that comes with movement that intrigued her to know more about the human body and the physiological changes that come with proper training and healthy eating. Despite her experiences with Injuries as well as health challenges due to improper coaching in bikini competitions, Quinn uses each setback as a learning experience to improve herself and better educate her clients.
Through education, patience, constant encouragement, Quinn will work tirelessly along with her team to help you reach your fitness goals , customize your ideal healthy lifestyle, and becoming your best self by feeling your best.
